Our Outcomes

UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS IN BASIC BIOLOGY COURSE WILL LEARN ABOUT PHOTOSYNTHESIS USING AN EXPERIMENTAL APPROACH, AND WILL LEARN ABOUT FLOWER PARTS AND POLLEN WITH THE HELP OF OBSERVATIONAL AND EXPERIMENTAL MODULES. MY STUDENTS WILL BE ENGAGED IN LEARNING BIOLOGY FOR FOOD PRODUCTION, THROUGH GROWING PLANTS AND CREATING SMALL PATCHES OF FOOD FORESTS. WE HOPE TO GROW VEGETABLES, AND HAVE STUDENTS LEARN ABOUT INTERACTIONS OF PLANTS AND HERBIVORES USING FOOD PLANTS.
