You are thinking that room temperature disks will have the highest rate of photosynthesis. Are you thinking this is because that is the temperature at which they normally grow?  It is possible that the reaction of photosynthesis has a temperature optimum either higher or lower. Can you think of a reason why photosynthesis is temperature dependent?
